Our value to governmental clients often resides in our ability to be flexible—conceptually, programmatically, and time-wise. We can quickly design, test, and roll out new programs that might take months to do in-house. We can consult, convene, and train government’s various constituent groups in an atmosphere of third-party nongovernmental informality. We can bridge gaps that are difficult for government administrators to bridge on their own—union/management, regulator/regulated, community activist/career
civil servant.
