Millennia’s Approach
Millennia provided an Interim Executive Director who used her expertise in management and in the industry to engage the right stakeholders and build a presence in the marketplace. Through Millennia's leadership, members were recruited to serve on a board, funds were raised, and services were implemented. After facilitating LAVCA's successful launch, Millennia assisted in the recruitment, hiring, and training of a full-time Executive Director.
Client Benefit
LAVCA is now an established association with 30 members, including many of the industry's leading players. The website and monthly e-newsletter provide ongoing sources of information on the industry. Networking and educational programs are being delivered and research initiatives are underway. Close to $1,000,000 in grants and sponsorship was raised in addition to member dues revenue.
