Our streamlined approach to search is intended primarily for our client base and is not meant to duplicate services offered by large search firms. We offer a customized process that:

• Works with the organization to create a position description and position posting
• Distributes the posting on existing social media sites and to professional colleagues
• Reads and responds to each response and to each applicant
• Screens applicants
• Discusses candidates with the client at each stage of the process
• Conducts telephone interviews with promising candidates
• Conducts in-person interviews with selected finalists
• Recommends finalists to the hiring client
• Assists client organization at each stage of the process.

Because of the scope of services, we are able to conduct search for a reasonable flat fee as opposed to the typical percentage of salary.
