Marcia Lipetz is the newest member of the Millennia team. Marcia has spent 35 years in Chicago's nonprofit, philanthropic, and academic communities. She is skilled in organizational and program development and has nurtured new and mature organizations. Marcia is a qualitative researcher and uses those skills in interviews related to strategic planning and executive search. She has expertise in leadership development and mentoring young nonprofit leaders.
